This Bad Jamaican Boy (TBJB)

An accomplished Radio Announcer, disc jockey and Master of ceremonies, born in Capital City Kingston Jamaica West Indies, TBJB always dreamt of becoming a radio DJ from the age of nine.

Always caught up in another world when he tuned in to the different djs, he was fascinated with the idea of sharing his heart with others through the art of being a radio dj.

“It has been just a few months since we began WorkplaceRadio and already the world has logged on to the experience and is now addicted.”

He would run home from school in the evenings eager to play his mother’s Grundig Stereo whilst being caught up in his own musical world. His desire took him on a natural path.

In the late eighties TBJB worked as a board engineer at a local radio station in Jamaica, but was not given the opportunity to talk however that did not matter. It was a joy just to be there working the board. Then one night he was asked to announce the time each hour and that was it. Apparently he did a great job because the very next day he was offered his own night show.

From his own night show to his own morning show to working on stations all over the world, This Bad Jamaican boy was on his way. TBJB style of disc jockeying will pull you in and is very addictive. Those who experience the madness become addicted and never want to leave. Now Program Manager, Studio Engineer, and DJ, at Workplace Radio. TBJB look forward to the daily task of satisfying the listening needs of the workplace.
